On September 13th, the first Sino-German Intelligent Education Forum was held in the Yongchuan disctrict of Chongqing. Speakers from China, Germany, Austria and Switzerland presented modern concepts for vocational education and training.

On 07.12.2016 over 1000 participants from Chinese, German and Japanese companies gathered in the Yongchuan Culture and Art Center to discuss trends and opportunities for suppliers to the machine tool industry. German-based EMAG stands for high precision and high performance in NC machine tools. Over 200 invited guests witnessed the successful opening of the new EMAG-plant in Yongchuan. The 6000 m2 factory will contribute to the continued growth of the EMAG-group in China. The first products made in Yongchuan were delivered already and have been well received by end users in Chongqing and Sichuan.
